EXPO REAL 2025: What We Saw, Who We Met, and Why It Matters

Munich, October 2025. We spent a packed few days at EXPO REAL — catching up with clients, meeting new partners, and comparing notes with a whole lot of development companies from across the real-estate spectrum. It was one of those weeks where every corridor conversation turned into a concrete next step.

Clients, new contacts, real conversations

We met with our current clients to map Q4–Q1 priorities and creative testing plans. Along the way, we made new connections with developers (residential, commercial, mixed-use) and service providers — swapped details, aligned expectations, and scheduled follow-ups. The best part was how quickly the chats moved from “nice to meet you” to specific budgets, timelines, and success criteria.

AI is no longer a side note — it’s on the floor

A clear theme this year: AI wasn’t tucked away on the edges. We saw live demos and full booths dedicated to tools that support real-estate across the stack — finance, marketing, and sales management. From portfolio modeling and demand forecasting to creative automation and CRM enrichment, the conversation has shifted from “if” to “how soon can we roll this into the workflow.”

Why that matters for marketing & sales teams

  • Faster insight loops: audience segmentation and message testing that turn weeks into days.
  • Cleaner attribution: better mapping from ad to visit, call, or booking — less noise, more signal.
  • Sales enablement: lead scoring, pre-qualification, and hand-offs that save time for reps and agents.
  • Creative throughput: motion/UGC variations at scale without losing brand standards.

After-hours done right

The after-parties were a highlight — many stands hosted evening meet-ups that were loud, lively, and genuinely useful. We left with a stack of new intros, a few shared ideas for pilots, and some good stories.

What’s next for us

  • Mini-audits of paid channels for developer teams (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
  • Creative sprints (UGC/motion/static) for launches and pre-sales phases.
  • Sales support with cleaner retargeting and reporting that’s easy to act on.

If you were at EXPO REAL and want to continue the conversation, drop us a note. Happy to compare notes, share what we learned, and see where we can be helpful.
