Overview
Atmo Vision is an architecture magazine launched by the CGI studio Kite (initiative of founder Denys Subbota). The publication curates high-end architectural imagery, interviews, and visual essays. We were engaged to plan the regional growth strategy and run Meta Ads to consistently attract relevant, design-loving readers.
Challenges
- Multi-region scaling: select and prioritize 17 regions, align budgets and interests per market, and avoid signal fragmentation
- CPS efficiency: reduce and hold cost per subscriber at or below $0.25 while maintaining audience quality (engagement and content fit)
- Creative alignment: preserve the magazine's refined editorial tone—during ad production we had to convey the visual quality and emotional pull of the content so viewers were more likely to follow/subscribe
- Fatigue control: manage frequency, rotate visuals (statics/short video/carousels), and keep discovery fresh
Strategy
Country tiers (Tier 1/2/3) with phased budget allocation, Advantage+ placements, interest + lookalike mixes around architecture/CGI/design communities, weekly creative rotations (carousels + short video), and sequential retargeting of engagers to convert follows at the lowest CPS.
