Overview

Gaderia is a Ukrainian cold-pressed juice brand under Lvivskiy Sad. They sell directly to consumers and supply cafés, restaurants, and hotels. We were brought in to launch social from scratch, produce ongoing UG content, and drive measurable sales through Meta ads and creator partnerships.

Challenges

  • Low AOV in retail: keep cost per purchase under control while growing volume and audience
  • Two distinct funnels (DTC vs B2B): different decision cycles and qualification requirements
  • Content production at scale: during shoots we had to convey the product's freshness/benefits and evoke emotion so viewers would act—without compromising production quality
  • Retention: lift repeat purchase rate through ads + content cadence

Strategy

Offer-first (trial packs, bundles), 5–10 new hooks weekly via UG content and short videos, segmented campaigns for DTC/B2B, engagement/view retargeting, and creator integrations to boost credibility and frequency.
